Feature of system:

  • Ventilated facade provides a constant unobstructed air circulation between the bearing walls and the suspended structure of the facade. This prevents rotting wood cladding and insulation material, as well as the formation of fungus and mold, both outside and inside the house.
  • The presence of ventilated facade with insulation minimizes the cost of electricity for heating the house in winter and air conditioning in summer. This is due to the fact that the building retains heat longer and gives longer cold, thanks to the additional air gap between the cladding and the walls of the building, which creates a ventilated facade.

System Features:

Types of wood for facing the facade under the tree

  • Larch Board (block house, lining) looks great on the facade of houses, and is ideal for areas with high humidity, because larch has a high resistance to rot. This variant of cladding is an ideal price/quality ratio.
  • Exotic wood species - teak, kempas, iroko, canadian cedar. They are used to strengthen the frame of the facade system and improve the reliability of fasteners, this is due to their weight. Also exotic wood species have an interesting texture that will emphasize the uniqueness of your facade.
  • ThermoWood - is a lightweight wood material. It is twice as light as untreated wood. Finishing the facade of the house with wood improves the appearance of the building due to its attractive decor and various textures. It is worth noting that ThermoWood is one of the most reliable types of cladding.

The ThermoWood has undoubted advantages in comparison with other types of facing panels and reek from a tree:

  1. Durability and resistance to weather conditions: wood does not absorb excess moisture, so it does not swell and does not crack. The service life of ThermoWood is 20 times longer than of conventional wood.
  2. High level of fire safety: wood after heat treatment becomes more dense and solid, so it burns more slowly than untreated wood.
  3. Hardness and strength: ThermoWood is not afraid of impacts and other mechanical effects, but it retains its shape well and remains elastic.
  4. Noble appearance: after heat treatment, the structure of the tree is visible, while it darkens, so even simple rocks look like expensive and elite.
