Alucom KP system – for fixing of composite material

Alucom KP — an aluminum facing structure made of alloy A 6063 T6, provides a range of adjustment standoffs from the wall from 130 mm to 350 mm. As cladding is used a cassette type with hidden fastening. Cassettes are made of aluminum composite material related to the group of difficult to combustible materials or aluminum sheet with thickness up to 4mm.

In the system Alucom KP the fastening of facing panel is held by the key-stone, formed by a combination of the sliding bracket (bracket) and the angle connector of the cassette. While sliding brackets (bracket) are mounted as mirrors relative to each other, locking liner cassette into thrust. This mounting method provides high reliability of fixing the facing panel.

System Features:

Reliability of fastening of the whole structure by using the bolting bracket and rail.
Angle amplifier (tube) has two functions of angular amplifier and mating slide.
Assembly cassettes needs considerably less riveting than similar structures, there is no loss of time for marking the fixing points, unnecessarily marking operation is missing.
Reduced installation time, due to the ease of assembly.
Additional of the system by the use of a latch, which connects the cassettes together.
