Alucom KG system – mounting porcelain plates

Alucom KG — an aluminum facing structure made of alloy A6063 T6, provides a range of adjustment of standoffs from the wall from 100mm to 320mm. As claddings porcelain slabs are used in the thickness range from 8- to 12mm . Fixation by open way by means of rotary capping of stainless steel 12X18H10T.

Alucom KG can be used in the embodiment with rubber seals, and without them. In this case, the pressure -clamp of new original design is used. Clamps may, on request, to be painted in the color of a lining material .

Quick assembly due, to the original contracture of the rotary capping.
End and rotary capping are installed in the vertical guide grooves that facilitates installation and prevents warping tiles.
Aesthetic appeal, characterized by the possibility to reduce the seams between the tiles up to 4-6 mm.
Pinch -clamp of original design allows the system not to use the rubber seals.
