Alucom LF 501-S system (Longfloors) – facing by plates of porcelain, hidden way, with flush-mount system in floor slabs

Alucom LF 501-S — an aluminum facing structure, with fastening in the floor slabs only. The system is designed for the buildings, where it is impossible to use the classical scheme of attachment to the bearing walls, due to the low load-bearing capacity of the walls ( foam , gas silicate, slotted brick), and it is possible to mount only in the inner lining made of concrete .

Guaranteed composition of alloy of all elements of the system — A 6063 T6, provides a range of standoffs from the wall from 210 mm to 280 mm. As cladding slabs of porcelain are used , in the thickness range of 10 −12mm. Fixing is carried out by the open way with the rotary capping of stainless steel 12X18H10T. Clamp enters into a groove on the end the porcelain tile and fixes it .
