Alucom LF 501 system (Longfloors) – facing of porcelain plates with fastening the system in the floor slabs

Alucom LF 501 — an aluminum facing structure, with fastening of floor slabs only.

The system is designed for the buildings on which it is impossible to use the classical scheme of attachment to the bearing walls , due to the low load-bearing capacity of the walls (foam , gas silicate , slotted brick), and you can only mount in the inner lining made of concrete.

Guaranteed composition of alloy of all elements of the system — A 6063 T6, provides a range of adjustment standoffs from the wall from 210 mm to 280 mm. Cladding slabs of porcelain are used in the thickness range of 8- 12mm. Fixation IS DONE by the open way by means of rotary capping of stainless steel 12X18H10T.

Alucom LF 501 can be used in the embodiment with rubber seals , and without them . In this case, the pressure -clamp of new original design is used. Clamps may , on request of the customer, be painted in the color of lining materials .
